Paver Sealing Warranty & Promise
HydroSeal stands behind qualifying residential paver sealing work with a written 2-year workmanship and coating-adhesion warranty. The goal is simple: do the job correctly, explain the limits clearly, and take care of covered problems fairly.
What the warranty covers
Coverage applies to the treated surface and to qualifying workmanship or coating-adhesion issues related to HydroSeal's sealing service. The coverage period is 2 years from the job completion date shown on your invoice or service record.
If a covered problem is confirmed, the remedy is inspection and repair or re-sealing of the affected covered area. The warranty does not provide cash refunds, and an exact color or gloss match cannot always be guaranteed when only part of an older surface is repaired.
Important warranty terms
- The warranty applies only to surfaces treated by HydroSeal.
- It covers coating adhesion, not the structural integrity of the pavers, base or underlying substrate.
- Normal residential use and reasonable maintenance are required. Do not pressure wash or use harsh chemical cleaners on a sealed surface after service.
- The warranty is tied to the serviced property and may be transferred once during the coverage period with written notice.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, tire marks, scuffs or gradual fading; damage from vehicles, heavy equipment or furniture; drainage problems, standing water, base failure, settling or paver movement; efflorescence or moisture conditions outside HydroSeal's control; chemical exposure; pressure washing or aggressive cleaning after service; storms, flooding or other extreme weather; or work and alterations performed by others after our service.
How to request warranty service
If you believe there is a covered issue, call HydroSeal at 904.537.5000. Please provide your name, service address, approximate service date and 2–4 photos of the affected area. We will arrange a free inspection and explain what we found and what happens next.
Final coverage: Your written service agreement and invoice control the final warranty terms. Commercial properties and specialty applications may have different coverage.
